Affordability

The studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments at Middle Creek Village participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), which allows Middle Creek to offer below-market rental rates to qualified households.  Our three bedrooms are not restricted based on income and can accommodate renters of all income levels!

Based on 60% of the Area Median Income, our income restrictions on studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms are as follows:

Utilities

For all Tax Credit apartments, water, sewer, gas, and trash are included in the price of the apartment. Electricity is set up through Holy Cross Energy.  For non-income restricted units, specifically three bedroom apartments, gas is paid for by the resident at a flat, monthly fee.
