Master Deed Compliance
Middle Creek Village is deed restricted employee housing on land owned by the Town of Vail. Occupancy is governed by the Master Deed Restriction recorded in Eagle County.
Each apartment must be leased to a household that includes at least one Qualified Resident, who signs the lease and lives here as their principal residence. A Qualified Resident works an average of 30 or more hours per week at a legitimate Eagle County business and earns at least 75% of their income from that work. Retirees 60 and older qualify if they meet that standard for the 5 years before retiring. Other household members do not have to qualify.
Employment verification is required at application, and residents sign an acknowledgment of the Deed Restriction before each new lease and each renewal.
